Energy?
Free time?
You rarely have both.
When you have the energy to journal, you have other things to do. When you find the time to journal, you’re completely drained.
Finding the right time to journal has always been difficult.
What if you could journal without interrupting your life?

Frequently Asked Questions
FAQ
Is Capsles free to use?
Yes, Capsles is free to use; you can start journaling without paying a penny. For extended storage — keeping more journal entries over time — plans start from £3/month. You can also pay £99 and get lifetime unlimited access to all the extended features and functionality of Capsles.
What's the best way to use Capsles?
The best way is to "set it and forget it." Choose a journal session duration (e.g., your 30-minute commute, a 4-hour work block) and activate it.
While you tap to activate, you should ideally have at least one AirPod in — this way, Capsles can better journal with more environmental context for more accurate and rich journal entries.
How do you handle privacy?
Capsles is privacy-first. Data and processing stay on your iPhone, not on our servers—we can’t see your journal. Entries are encrypted on device, and you control export or deletion at any time. The only way someone would see your journal entries would be if they physically stole your phone and managed to get access to your app.
Does Capsles capture my on-screen activity?
No. Capsles does not know what is happening on the phone, including phone calls, on-device notes, and anything that happens on your phone. It only has user-guided context about the physical real-world environment.
Will usage drain my battery?
No, Capsles is designed to be battery-light and won't drain your device battery during normal use.
Can I have conversations with my Capsle?
Yes. You can speak or chat with your Capsle to explore your thoughts, gain insights, and notice patterns. Because it understands the context of your past journal entries, the conversations become more meaningful over time.
What is Voice ID?
Similar to how Face ID stores a fingerprint of your face on device, Voice ID is an on-device fingerprint of your voice.
It's worth noting that voice fingerprinting and voice cloning are not the same thing. It will not clone anyone’s voice. It is recognised locally so it can prioritise your speech, remove noise, and suppress external voices that aren’t part of your experience. On-device embeddings adapt to your voice over time.
Does Capsles include other people in my journal entries?
Capsles is designed to journal your experience through Voice ID. It doesn’t capture faces and it blocks additional speakers. You can set no-journal zones (e.g., friends’ homes, cinemas), and allow auto-disabling in certain contexts.
When will Capsles be available?
Capsles is currently in beta and being slowly rolled out, with heavy resources going into development to optimize user experience. For privacy prioritization, we're only rolling it out to test features and functionality. It's an invite-only waitlist for now.
